This coatis situation was not sad at all, he was very happy and treated very well. He had been raised by people at a very young age when the villagers found him abandoned in the jungle for whatever reason. Even when he wasn't on his leash he wanted to be in the villager's company and play with the people, the only reason he was on a leash was because of how many people were around that day and the tribe was worried about his safety.
