The Photojojo lens looks pretty awesome. I've been using an Olloclip macro lens with my iPhone 4 and have had some pretty awesome results.

I like the Olloclip because it includes a wide angle and fish eye lens along with the macro, in an all-in-one unit http://olloclip.com. It looks like the Photojojo kit is three separate lenses.
