I know some people do, but I think we should respect nature here.

It is covered in sand, that's why it looks white.
Although the belly is very light, the back (which we most of the time see of course) is more some tone of of grey.

@Telse, @LandmarkExpert, I can imagen the green is probably not from the Turkey tail itself, but of some kind of moss on top.
