The Islesboro Natural Communities mission is a student-run research project that uses information about plant and animal species found on the island of Islesboro, Maine to identify the specific natural communities found there. The biodiversity data gathered using Project Noah will be combined with additional data and research compiled by students and used to better understand, manage and protect the island's wild places.
