For us to reach this mission's objective, it would be most useful if the participant would give the usual information, but also add in the uses of the plants (i.e. food and/or medicine) and possibly a resource that gives details on how to prepare it. Recipes would be great too. And if you try them yourself, please give us your review.

Since the beginning of time humans have relied on plants for their survival. They provide us food, medicine and shelter. With the industrial revolution most people have become so dependent on commercial foods that they become fearful of the thought of being without these industries. The core purpose of this mission is two-fold. One is to help anyone who chooses to participate to become more self-reliant and aware of your edible surroundings AND to educate one another of what can be eaten and/or used for medicine.
