Flora of Tirupati
The Mission is for a period of six months starting from August 2013 to January 2014. During this period regular Botanical Tours will be conducted for students. Endemic and endangered species will be identified.

Tirupati is rich source of Flora and Fauna. A number of plant species are available in and around Tirupati. Herbs, Shrubs, Trees of common and medicinal importance will be photographed and details will be given. Wild Flowers and Orchids are also to be included in the data base.
