Spotting of Flowering plants in types of Trees, Shrubs, Climbers, Herbs are eligible for this mission. They must spotted in Indian Himalayan states Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Nepal. Any Local plant, exotica palnt, ornamental garden plant spotted in this this area is eligible.
