Seven Islands Wildlife Refuge is located in Kodak, TN, along the French Broad River between the Great Smoky Mountains and historic Knoxville, TN. Public lands and waters have been set aside to conserve and enhance East Tennessee’s natural balance and beauty. Over ten years of conservation management have established Seven Islands Wildlife Refuge as a veritable haven for wildlife in the East Tennessee valley region. We invite you to step outside and explore. Our Mission is to "Steward Land, a Community of Life, with Habitat at the Heart." Our four main focus areas are: wildlife habitat management, passive public recreation, demonstration and educational outreach, and scientific research
