Scorpions are one of the oldest terrestrial arthropods and can be found on every continent except Antarctica. They often take back seat to Spiders however their diversity is just as amazing. Almost anyone can find scorpions in their area if they look. The International Society of Arachnology is the international scientific society devoted to arachnology (the study of spider, scorpions and their relatives). Their goals are to promote the study of Arachnology and communication of Arachnological information among researchers.
