Not sure if it was cultivated, it was spoted on a church´s garden, mostly cacti sort of plant and mezquite trees. This region of Mexico is semiarid, a mix of shrubs, pasture and forest.
Looks like a carrion flower (Stapelia sp.) but range isn't right. Was this plant cultivated?
