OK Sergio, it's been added to the mission.
Sigg, that tiny red mite mekes this spotting eligible for the Arthropods parasitised by other arthropods mission. (http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/1338...). Could you please add it?
I should point out as well that, if you look closely, you can see a small red mite that is on the front leg of the robberfly.
Thanks Sigg.
Thanks subhojits.
Jolly Ibanez, I used a Sony α55 with an old Minolta 100mm macro lens.
Impressive shot Sigg. What camera did you use on this shot?
Thanks Daniele!
Spectacular shot Sigg!
Thanks for the nomination Fyn Kynd!
Your spotting has been nominated for the Spotting of the Week. The winner will be chosen by the Project Noah Rangers based on a combination of factors including: uniqueness of the shot, status of the organism (for example, rare or endangered), quality of the information provided in the habitat and description sections. There is a subjective element, of course; the spotting with the highest number of Ranger votes is chosen. Congratulations on being nominated!
Maria, catgrin, I'm glad you like the spotting. Thanks for commenting.
