Dendrochirus zebra
Also known as Dwarf Zebra Lionfish, Zebra Dwarf Lionfish, Zebra Firefish, Zebra Lionfish, Zebrafish and Zebra Butterfly Cod. They feed on small fish and crustaceans, and grow to a length of about 20cm. They have highly venomous spines.
Found singly or in small groups in coastal reefs and lagoons often on sandy bottoms, at depths of 3 to 80m. Widespread in the Indo-Pacific region.
Spotted it at a sandy bottom, around 15m, on a day dive.

Beautiful photos and fish, I think there is also a mission for animals with warning colors that this could fit into aswell if you like.
