Wild Aster

Description:

Roughly 1.5-2 inches across, single purple/blue flower on a single stalk. I've never seen more than one flower per plant. Flowers fold up during rain (see second photo).

Notes:

Found beneath a dogwood tree in my yard. Any help with an ID would be appreciated!
