Wooly Pipevine is a woody vine. It has large simple, cordate leaves that are alternate. Pipevines have a specialized pollination mechanism. The pipe traps insects with hairs. When these hairs wither, the insect escapes, but is covered with pollen.
Found in bottomland forests. It likes sun to partial shade and continuous moisture
This Pipevine is best propagated by seed.
