Harmonia axyridis

I recently posted an Asian Ladybird Beetle. You can identify them by the "m" (or "w" depending on where you're standing) on their "pronotum" (that's the part of the beetle right behind the head - on these, it's white). In your photo, you can see the identifying mark best on the beetle in the middle.
I agree with Joshua, these look to be Harmonia axyridis (Multicolored Asian Lady Beetles). I believe all of them are the same species. The shape is the same and they are known to congregate in large numbers in the cold weather.
