Thanks for the concern,this is a introduced species i'am certain of that,it's fashion to put foreigner trees and plants in the public garden,i lately saw several diferent trees in this categorie of introduced in public gardens,very pretty but allways a little frightning when we se this kind of arbitrairy spreading of the species along the world,lets hope that this species dont transform in a problem
I didn't provide an ID because it's a North America tree although since yours appears to be planted, it could easily be this species. You may want to look for Acer trees of your area just to make sure.

It is a definite concern! Many plants get introduced from elsewhere and naturalize in the wild.
