This was found in a typical Post Oak Forrest above Atwater collection unit on an north facing wall.

Cool spotting. I think this is it. I found a similar-looking one on a tree in my yard last week. It looked just like lichen! If it's still around, you could check its underside for red dots. Mine had them, and it was weird-looking.
