Rarely documented genus Montiopsis belonging to the Portulacaceae family. Same family of the more widely know "pata de guanaco" and "quiacas".

Notes:

I've seen this plant identified as Montiopsis potentilloides, but the leaf length of the M. potentilloides is longer.
