Dragonfly Nymph Molt

Description:

Exoskeletons shed by dragonfly nymphs while completing metamorphosis. I won't hazard a guess as to the species, though we have darters and skimmers aplenty around here.

Habitat:

On grass next to a pond

Notes:

I *know* this is just a case on one nymph emerging on top of another's molt, but I can help but think of the Pompeii lovers.
