ok, you're right
The leaves in the 3rd picture do not go with the flowers. Look at the leaves directly under the blossoms.
Janice, the flowers look like phlox but the leaves don't, unless the leaves I posted weren't actually the leaves for this spotting...
This looks like a wild grown common garden phlox.
