Description:

Males have a prominent reddish orange lateral flush or stripe during breeding season. A small skink only reaching 47mm (SVL).

Habitat:

Woodlands and heaths on hard, stony or sandy soils

Notes:

This male and female were observed in my front garden in Townsville
