Árbol pequeño, pierde todas sus hojas en la época de secas, aunque si se le riega las recupera. Floreces también en la época de secas, por eso se llama flor de mayo.

Habitat:

Selvas secas, cultivada y tolerada.

@ OnengDyah here are called may's flower (flor de mayo). As far a I know it is original from Mesoamerica.

In my country this flower call ' bunga kamboja ' there are 3 colour of flower : white. yellow, pink, and red.
