It looks like an Amanita Pantherina (Panther Cap), but that is a rare mushroom that should not be growing in your area. It looks like it is growing at the base of a pine tree, and it could be an Amanita Muscaria. In any case it is very mature, well passed its prime as it has curled up and lost most of its color.
