Arisaema dracontium
The long tapered tip of the spadix (a spike of minute flowers closely arranged around a fleshy axis and typically enclosed in a spathe, characteristic of the arums.) resembles a large flickering lizards tongue. The palmate leafs are really one leaf that comes from a split on a single stalk.
Rich woods and stream banks.
