Penstemon palmeri var. eglandulosus
A beautiful bell-shaped flower with a pink throat and a long pistol covered in orange hair. Because of that pistol, it is one of the BeardTongues. The variety "eglandulosus" occurs in Utah. This flower is a wildflower endemic to the southwest United States. Family Plantaginaceae (formerly Scrophulariaceae). This flower is a favorite of Bumble Bees.
