Hirundo aethiopica
The Ethiopian swallow is close look-alike to a Barn swallow, but it can be distinguished by its white or very pale buff-coloured throat and an incomplete blackish throat band. It's tail has large white spots and is noticeably shorter than that of the barn swallow.
Seen at outskirts of a settlement, urban setting, in river Niger delta, south of Nigeria.
