The flowers and the seed pods (when they're young). Spicy flavor like Nasturtium. You can eat arugula flowers too. They look very similar and are also peppery.

oxy jack is this edible?What part of the plant is edible? i remember eating something similar to seed pods but i am not sure whether it is this plant. Also the string like like seed pod was a little spicy to the taste.
Quite curious to know. i know that some people collect these to feed their rabbits.
