Thanks ChristyHolland, ClementDufour and RevereTaylor. I thought the markings looked like a red-tailed hawk but I wasn't sure about the way he was holding his tail. I usually see them spread out.

This is definitely a juvenile Red-Tailed Hawk - he has a very distinct belly band. Great spotting! Nice shots!
