I am looking for the exact name of that species.
I spotted it right at the border of the Namib desert.
You're welcome! The adults are often mistaken for damselflies, but ant lions have short, clubbed antennae. The antennae on damselflies are short, thin and hairlike.
thanls a lot oxyjack! I never thought it could be an ant lion. I was more used to the larvae.
