American White Pelican

Beautiful spotting!

Having lived in Sw Florida for many years I was always amazed by the white pelican. it is hard to imagine that such a large bird can be such a regal flyer! They are also fascinating eaters! Nice shot! It would be great if you updated this spotting and others with the scientific names so that we can get them off of the unidentified list.
