Wasp with a very long, what I can assume, ovipositor. Non-closeup was to show the length of the ovipositor.

Habitat:

Found this one flying around our yard, but we live in a heavily wooded area.

From the length of that ovipositor, it could only be one genus, Megarhyssa.
