Indian Five-fingered Frog

Euphlyctis hexadactylus

Description:

Brown-ish green frog, emerging when raining. The appearance is consistent with the juvenile Indian Five-fingered Frog, though the white stripe across the overside does not go all the way over the head but stops at the neck. Something I haven't seen any pictures of to fully identify it as being this species, but I guess its a color/pattern variation as I've seen several with no stripe at all.

Habitat:

Urban settlement, close to small patches of jungle. Rain.
