this fly has lived in may bathroom now for five day
i know nothing about it
i have been finding them in my house now for about a month i think it may be the cold bring them in

Great photo! Looks like one of the green-flies, Lucilia - http://bugguide.net/node/view/7176/bg.... They breed in decaying meat or dung. Some species do overwinter in houses.
