Junco hyemalis oreganus
Male Oregon juncos have a black hood, rufous sides, brown backs, and gray wings. This one has partial leucism (white chin).
Spotted at the edge of a mature evergreen forest.

Quite a bit different from ours in the Midwest (https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/71...). I know there are many varieties of this bird. Thanks for sharing yours Brian.
