This nicely coloured beetle lost one of its elytra, and had a damaged wing. In the last photo of this series it is possible to see it unsuccessfully trying to take off.

I think, maculicollis instead of T. pustulata:

because in the latter, no specimen seen in which pattern reduction leaves only the median band yellow.
