Thanks for the info oxyjack, my strong point is birds, mainly Europe, India, South-east Asia, Australasia and South Africa. Since being with Noah I have started photographing other things I happen to come across but know nothing about them. I will have some more beetles for you sometime.

I'm an entomologist, my strongest areas are beetles and true bugs.

No problem, I've left the ID box ticked. We are compiling a list of reference resources which will eventually be available for all to try and do their own ID's, and we also hope to be able to compile a list of all those who are able to help with ID's, showing what they may be able to help with.

I'm afraid I can't help you out there, I don't know this species.

Thanks for the info oxyjack, I've added longicorn to the name but I cannot find any references to species level.
