Black-Necked Stilt

Description:

A small stilt about 15cm big laboriously looking for food.

Habitat:

This pictures were taken at a mangrove lagoon in the Pacific coast of Mexico.

Notes:

Unlike other birds in the estuary this one was exceptionally shy and would not let me get closer than 15m
