Not sure if the spots are truly red or its form the exposure of the shot. Mostly black with metalic green spots.
Between shrubs.
It's web was so fine I almost walked into it. I felt like we were eye-to-eyes for a second:)
After researching the black widows from today I'm wondering if this one could have been a juvenile or male B.W. I read the colors can vary except for the female.
