Unknown slender Buckwheat bush about 30cm tall. The stems are red and slender with tiny clusters of white flowers that droop downward. The plant overall has a lacy look. The leaves at the base of the plants were dried and shriveled as seen in the last image.
Chaparral about 1200 ft in elevation in an area about 200 sq ft with a couple dozen of these plants. Nearby plants are non-native mustard, California Buckwheat, Desert Broom and Dove Weed.
