Spotting

Description:

Ornamental bush in garden area. Covered in clusters of tiny white flowers. Flowers are covered in pollen right now; got pollen all over my phone (camera), and the insects among the flowers were coated in pollen. Leaves fairly broad and waxy on top.

Habitat:

UGA campus, in a well-landscaped area with gardens.

Notes:

Plants aren't really my thing, but this one was exceptionally beautiful. ID help on the flowers will also help me ID the insects I found on them. Please share your knowledge, flower enthusiasts!
