We call them Aster flowers her in India. They mostly available as commercial crop.
Did you find this in Bohol? Sometimes the geotag for Lapu Lapu City or Mactan will show Bohol instead of Cebu
A little description would help. Was it low-growing in the grass? Looks like an English daisy.
