Hesperilla ornata
A small very active skipper with dark upper sides of wings with white and cream patterns. The underside of the wings were a bright white with black patterns. abdomen had black bands on white.

Similar to the skipper in http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/877... but this spotting includes shots of the upper wing surface. Family: Hesperiidae
