Corvus corone corone
Ginga,
Now it's clear and I finally understood, they're two differents members of the same familly! Thanks a lot and sorry if I gave you to much work! And you're right when you say they should be the national bird of Switzerland... they're all over!!! ;-)
Laura,it's not the same bird, they are relatives of the genus Corvus, the link you gave me is clear, Corvus brachyrhynchos is a american bird Corvus corone corone is the bird in your spotting a european bird,1000% sure :)
there are many confusion in common names about Crows,so only the cientific name is defenitive, this is my speciality, european birds :)i spott these ones to,when i was there,it's the same birds, omnipresent in Switzerland, should be Switzerland national bird :)
Ginga,
You know what?! I followed this link:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crow
and I found a bird very similar called: Americam crow with the scientific name: Corvus brachyrhynchos
Is it the same bird?! Does the name changes according to the region they're found? Or are they different species of the same familly?!
Anyway I choose the names you gave me, but please check this out and keep me informed. I really would like to know if I did the right choice!
Thanks ;-)
