Mushroom

Description:

Cream colored cap, about 2in across. Dark gills. No ring that I could see.

Habitat:

Growing in the open on the edge of a garden next to stone edging. Morning shade, afternoon sun. The soil is still reasonably cool and moist, though there have been some days in the 80's F. Thin layer of leaf litter on the ground.
