Small 4in in height, fern like plant covering deciduous forest floor. Found in Adirondack Mountains in Upstate NY.

Habitat:

Forest floor found mainly near deciduous trees, in the Adirondack Mountains.

Notes:

Can't determine what this is, it looks both like a fern and coniferous.
