Emma sorry for my stupidity,you are not in portugal neigther europe so you dont have the plant :)i think he use the leaves, the SETE link is not available i dont know why,but i dont know about the flowers,i know that some flowers are edible,but i'll trie to check that in other links.
As you can se i've beeing completly out because of the work,today i'll put the email box in order,i have more than 100 spotting waiting for loading,imagine :) take photos is allways possible and dont take to much time :)

I just looked at recipe and it says onion. Makes more sense now. i think onion adds flavor to lots of recipes and has a lot of medicinal properties. i am assuming that they would cook with the leaves only and not the flowers. Are the flowers edible? i know that rose flowers are eaten and i eat them raw too. Pop in a petal now and then.

Antonio,thanks for the recipe. These are very pretty flowers.I wonder where I would find them here?
I do believe that eggs is the best form of protein. I do like omelets with veges. Not with cheese though ,like my teenager does!

Emma se this,it's a recepie of an omelet whith this plant,the guy say that it taste like french garlick,you have to translate the page because it's in portuguese,he based is search in info from a country old man

@thanks Emma,you can se my amounth of work for the time i pass here :)normaly i would came here 2 or 3h or more for day,now not even one :)good for one side not so good for the other like every thing in life,but in the end i love my work,we made it from scrach,we draw,make models,produced and sell our work,it's a fantastic feeling :)
