Periplaneta americana
Invasive species which has been introduced into the cave and become abundant there, competing with the native cockroach species. The white cockroach on the left bottom is newly molted. Medium-sized - average length about 3cm. They feed on carcasses and guano. There is another smaller species of cockroach on the guano.
Throughout Madai caves wall and floor.

there are actually two species here. The more prominent, <i> Periplaneta americana </i> on the walls and another one burrowing in the guano and on top of the plastic bottle.
Now that I could zoom in yes they are american roaches Australian have darker bodies.
