Spotting

Description:

Yellow or light brown. Branched and soft tissues. White tips on the appendages.

Notes:

I found this on a beach of Jekyll Island. It appeared to be tangled with fishing line. Is this a piece of a cannonball jellyfish? I'm thinking it may be some kind of coral.
