Time to update the ID...Ipomoea batatas doesn't have blue flowers like that color and NOT that shape...
This is the corolla of Ipomoea purpurea and there is only 1 species in series batatas with a blue flower and that is Ipomoea leucotrichca and this isn't the corolla of I.leucotricha...
