Echium spp. (creticum?)
Erect herbaceous plant. Basal leaves pinnately nerved ovato-oblong, of 6-18 cm. The upper ones are smaller and are attenuated at the base. The inflorescence is conical. The corolla is pubescent, purplish red in color. The stamens come out of it.
It is native to the western Mediterranean region. In Spain found in Murcia, Alicante, Barcelona, Gerona, Balearic Islands, Tarragona and Valencia.
